Archer Biggs is a graduate, cum laude, of Cornell University, where he competed on the Big Red varsity crew and rugby teams, served as an assistant middle school art teacher, and wrote his honors thesis on how writers can address the climate crisis.  Prior to his time at SEGL, Archer spent time in the classroom with AmeriCorps City Year in San Jose, CA, where he co-taught first graders, and assisted in a fifth grade classroom with reading focused activities. He spent the past two summers teaching high schoolers tennis and surfing, leading exercise classes, and serving as a dorm leader at Camp New Heights in Santa Barbara, CA. He is a graduate of SEGL’s Fall 2014 semester.
