Seton Talty comes to SEGL from the High Mountain Institute semester program, where she worked in marketing and admissions, led wilderness expeditions, and served as head of a girls dormitory. She is a graduate of Middlebury College where she completed a Bachelor of Arts (honors) in International and Global Studies with a focus in Latin America and Geography. While at Middlebury, she was appointed President of Campus Sustainability Coordinators and spearheaded a mapping project of environmental resources on campus. She spent her junior year studying in Montevideo, Uruguay, where she solidified her fluency in Spanish while living with an Uruguayan family and interning at a corporate law firm. In the summer of 2015, she was awarded an Internship Grant for GIS mapping in Taos Ski Valley, NM.
