Susana Heureaux
L'Academie de Cuisine

Now in her third year at SEGL, Susana was trained at the L’Academie de Cuisine culinary arts program in Maryland and did her professional externship at Mio, a Puerto Rican restaurant in Washington, DC. She most recently worked for Marriott at the Discovery Channel building in Silver Spring, Maryland, where she performed a wide variety of duties, including preparing special meals, monitoring food quality, and mentoring employees. She lives in Hyattsville with her seven year-old daughter.
