Bio

Teresa comes to SEGL from Orense, Spain, where she studied the nation’s language and literature.  She currently divides her time between SEGL and George Washington University, where she teaches Spanish Language and Literature.  Teresa has a long history of teaching Spanish in a variety of capacities, from Lazos de Amistad and Saint Agnes Academy in the independent school world to Kensington Parkwood in Maryland’s Montgomery School District.  Well-traveled through Europe and Latin America, Teresa is an avid reader and history enthusiast dedicated to the principles of academic integrity and intellectual honesty.
